Important Note:

Make a complete backup of your device using iTunes or iCloud before jailbreaking your device.
If your iPhone relies on an unlock, do not update to stock iOS 5.1.1 firmware and for the time being stay away from Absinthe.

How To Use Absinthe iOS 5.1.1 Untethered Jailbreak

Step 1: Download Absinthe 2.0 from here.

Step 2: Once the tool has been downloaded, find the compressed file and extract all of the contents like you would with any standard zip file. Place the files on your desktop for easy and quick access.

Step 3: Using a standard 30-pin connector cable, connect the device to be jailbroken with your computer.

Step 4: Launch the Absinthe tool through the executable file which you downloaded in step 1. When launched, the program will show an initial interface that will have some text-based information on it, and a “Jailbreak” button.

New MacBook Pros will feature Nvidia graphics — Apple is riding the wave of innovation

With all of the rumors flying fast and furious in recent days, there's little doubt that Apple plans to introduce a new MacBook Pro soon.

In fact, sources now confirm that the company will ditch AMD graphics processors in favor of Nvidia.

According to recent reports, Apple's forthcoming MacBook Pros will make the switch from AMD GPUs in the current models, to Nvidia graphics to complement Intel's Ivy Bridge processors.

The swap appears to be directly related to the high resolution Retina Display which is anticipated with the new models.

While a "trusted source" confirmed the Nvidia news, it's unknown exactly which GPU Apple will be using.

Zambry berkata, pelaburan mega dari Singapura itu merupakan satu lagi kejayaan kerajaan negeri menarik pelabur asing dalam menjadikan Perak destinasi pilihan pelaburan.

Sony Xperia GX and Xperia SX smartphones, the world's lightest LTE smartphone

The Sony Xperia GX and Xperia SX smartphones recently went official from the Tokyo-based conglomerate. These Android handsets are destined for launch in Japan and they will take their place alongside the Xperia NX and Xperia acro HD devices.

The common features shared by both smartphones include a 1.5GHz dual-core processor. The LTE duo will run on the Android Ice Cream Sandwich platform and supports download speeds of up to 75Mbps. For entertainment needs, they incorporate the Walkman app which is bundled with audio technologies such as VPT surround sound and xLOUD, followed by the Movies and Album applications.

The Xperia GX is fitted with a 4.6-inch display, while the SX variant flaunts a 3.7-inch touchscreen, both powered by the Mobile Bravia Engine. The former handset comes with 16GB of internal flash storage and a 13MP camera that features the Sony Exmor R for full HD video recording. These are embedded within a slim form factor that portrays a matte textured finish.

Said to be the ‘world’s lightest LTE smartphone,’ the SX version tips the scale at 95 grams. It takes on components such as 8GB of internal flash storage, an 8MP camera with Sony Exmor R for mobile, 3D panoramic image capture, full HD video recording and much more. This entrant also sports a few Japan-specific attributes. They comprise of an infrared port for data exchange, mobile wallet and mobile TV.

The Sony Xperia GX and Xperia SX release dates are scheduled for the summer of 2012. Price details aren’t disclosed as yet, but both handsets can be picked up in either white or black colors when they become available in Japan.

Leaked pictures and specs appeared on the Brief Mobile website claiming to show the LG LS970.

According to Brief Mobile's source, the device is known internally at LG as the "G", but could ship under the name "Eclipse 4G LTE".

What up, G?

The report suggests that the Eclipse will pack a 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor and a hefty 2GB of RAM. The new quad-core chip would mean the Eclipse 4G LTE would have more clout than the HTC One X andSamsung Galaxy S3.

The black monolith-esque handset also features a 13MP rear facing camera, 4.67-inch WXGA (1280x768) LCD display, 16GB of internal storage and 1.3MP front camera, all packed into a 8.6mm thin body.
